Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants provide quality patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. The duties of these non-physician providers cannot be rigidly defined, but expected duties of the position are in accordance with state and federal law, and in collaboration with supervising physicians.

Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
Previous experience in a family practice setting and Emergency Room is desired.
Previous experience with Business Health and Occupational Health a plus.
Must maintain a current license to practice in the State of Iowa as an ARNP or PA.
National certification is required.
ACLS certification required.
CPR/BLS certification required.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
